This presentation explains how virtual pipelines (MEGCs and Tube Trailers) can serve as an enabling technology for hydrogen production in the short to medium term, helping many large projects get started. The session will also discuss how residual asset value can be retained through repurposing when fixed pipelines become available. By offering a flexible and scalable transport solution, virtual pipelines play a critical role in accelerating early stage hydrogen deployment.
