TONEXUS at Hydrogen & CCUS Technology World Expo 2026: Carbon Capture and Emissions Control Solutions
At Hydrogen & CCUS Technology World Expo 2026, TONEXUS will present several of its carbon capture and emissions control technologies, including the TX-1 Series Carbon Capture Solvents, TXIO Wet CO₂Capture Process and TONEXUS Multi-Functional Catalyst.
TONEXUS will participate in Hydrogen & CCUS Technology World Expo 2026 in Germany, where the company will present technologies and products for carbon capture and industrial emissions control.
The exhibits will include the TX-1 Series Carbon Capture Solvents, developed for CO2 capture from industrial flue gases. The series offers different product options for varying project requirements. Its regeneration energy consumption can be as low as 2.1 GJ/tCO2, helping reduce the energy demand associated with solvent regeneration. The solvents also offer oxidation resistance and extended service life for long-term industrial operation.
TONEXUS will also introduce the TXIO Wet CO₂Capture Process. Designed for industrial flue gas with low CO₂partial pressure, the process incorporates pretreatment optimization, regeneration gas washing, secondary spraying and latent heat recovery. These measures support system water balance management, energy recovery and reduced operating consumption. The process has been applied in carbon capture projects in industries including steel and building materials.
Another exhibit will be the TONEXUS Multi-Functional Catalyst, which integrates CO oxidation, SCR denitrification and VOCs oxidation functions within a single catalyst. The product is designed for industrial applications requiring coordinated control of multiple pollutants and can help simplify catalyst-bed configuration and reduce the space required for emissions treatment systems.
Through its participation in the exhibition, TONEXUS hopes to exchange experience with customers, engineering companies and industry partners, and to explore further applications of carbon capture and emissions control technologies in industrial decarbonization projects.
