WEH EXPANDS H₂ PORTFOLIO FOR THE NEXT GENERATION OF HYDROGEN APPLICATIONS
Hydrogen applications are becoming increasingly diverse, and with that, the demands on components and systems continue to grow. WEH FluidTech is therefore expanding its H₂ portfolio with new solutions for fueling, infrastructure and testing processes in highpressure applications. The focus is on new fueling nozzles, quick connectors and filters, as well as a comprehensive range of valves and fi tt ings for pressure ranges exceeding 1,000 bar.
This enables WEH to provide solutions for a wide range of hydrogen applications:
• Hydrogen fueling from standard to high-fl ow applications
• Filling and emptying of trailers and hydrogen pressure vessels
• Pressure and leak testing of hydrogen systems
• H₂ fueling station and plant construction
New solutions for H₂ fueling
For vehicle fueling, WEH is expanding its portfolio with the new fueling nozzle TK200 H₂. The new H₂ fueling nozzle combines proven field-tested technology with enhanced operating comfort and a modern design. The one-handed nozzle features an intuitive Push & Pull locking mechanism and is designed for flow rates of up to 90 g/s. It is available in the H35, H35MF and H70 versions. For applications requiring particularly high hydrogen flow rates, the new hydrogen highflow fueling nozzle TK500 H70HF complements the portfolio. Specifically developed for heavy-duty applications, it enables fl ow rates of up to 300 g/s. Here too, the Push & Pull locking mechanism ensures simple and intuitive operation.
With these two new products, WEH will unveil two innovations at Hydrogen TechnologyExpo Europe in Hamburg.
Further additions to the H₂ fueling portfolio include the breakaway couplings TSA30 and TSA31 H₂ 35 MPa in combination with high-pressure hoses featuring a 10 mm innerdiameter.
As a result, WEH already covers all common H₂ fueling technologies and also offers initial solutions based on ISO 17268-2, the standard expected in 2027 for fueling technologies with particularly high flow requirements.
Connect quickly and safely
WEH is also expanding its offering in the area of quick connection solutions for hydrogen applications. The quick connectors TW850-S50 and TW850-S60 H₂ enable the safe and fast connection of hydrogen pressure vessels, for example for filling and emptying trailers and tube bundles as well as for pressure and leak testing of H₂ systems.
New opportunities in the medium-pressure range
Another key focus is the expansion of the valve portfolio for applications up to 1,034 bar. The range includes H₂ ball valves, double block & bleed valves, particle filters, needle valves, check valves, pressure relief valves, as well as fittings and tubes. These components are designed for hydrogen service and complement WEH‘s existing highpressure solutions.

With these new products, WEH continues to systematically expand its H₂ portfolio. The hydrogen fueling nozzles TK200 and TK500 H70HF cover all hydrogen fueling requirements in terms of pressure levels and flow rates.
The quick connectors TW850-S50 and TW850-S60 support applications for filling, discharging and testing. In addition, WEH now off ers a comprehensive range of valves, tubes and fi tt ings in the medium-pressure range.
