The SPIR STAR® 10mmHydrogen is a thermoplastic high-pressure hose developed specifically for demanding hydrogen refuelling and distribution applications. With an inner diameter of 9.9 mm and a maximum working pressure of 962.5 bar, it enables high flow rates and significantly shorter refuelling times.

The hose achieves flow rates of up to 300 g/s and can provide refuelling speeds up to three times faster than conventional hoses with a smaller inner diameter at the same pressure. This makes it an ideal solution for H70 high-flow applications, modern hydrogen refuelling stations, heavy-duty vehicle refuelling and trailer filling.

Despite its high performance, the hose offers excellent flexibility and handling thanks to its minimum bend radius of only 180 mm and its low weight of 0.64 kg/m. Its exceptionally low hydrogen permeation rate contributes to a high level of safety and durability.
