The SPIR STAR® 6mmHydrogen is a thermoplastic high-pressure hose specifically developed for hydrogen refuelling applications. It is used directly at the dispenser between the refuelling nozzle and the breakaway coupling and supports the safe and efficient refuelling of passenger vehicles using 350-bar and 700-bar hydrogen technology.

The hose is fully certified to ISO 19880-5 and fulfils the requirements of SAE J2601. Its low-permeation POM inner core, four layers of high-tensile spiralised steel wire and durable polyamide outer cover provide excellent pressure resistance and reliability in demanding hydrogen applications.
