BATCAM CXs is a compact fixed ultrasonic sensor for continuous monitoring of high-pressure gas leaks and abnormal sound sources. Its 24-channel digital MEMS microphone array and beamforming technology localize ultrasonic emissions from gas leaks, partial discharge and developing equipment faults. Supporting a frequency range of 4 kHz to 100 kHz, BATCAM CXs enables non-contact detection without relying on gas concentration. Ethernet and RS-485 connectivity support integration with industrial monitoring systems, making it suitable for gas facilities, manufacturing equipment, chemical plants and semiconductor production lines.
