CH-160D3LT 20K is SHI’s high-capacity, single-stage Gifford-McMahon cryocooler, delivering a cooling capacity of 90 W at 20 K (50 Hz) or 100 W at 20 K (60 Hz). It combines advanced technologies from SHI’s CH and RDK cryocooler series to provide efficient, quiet, and reliable operation.

Key features include Displex® pneumatic drive technology to reduce the number of wear parts, Whisper® technology for quieter operation, a gas-balanced valve design to minimize torque and wear, an improved stem drive for greater efficiency and longer maintenance intervals, and an advanced heat exchanger designed to enhance efficiency.

The CH-160D3LT is suitable for liquid hydrogen generation and liquefaction, clean energy technologies, and high-temperature superconducting applications, including cables, fault current limiters, wind turbines, ship motors, and accelerator magnets. A complete system is available with two F-70 indoor, water-cooled helium compressors, gas lines, and power cables.
