WTS manufactures absorber towers for post-combustion carbon capture systems, including amine-based and other gas-liquid absorption processes. The absorber is the principal contacting vessel in which flue gas is brought into contact with the capture solvent, enabling removal of CO₂ from industrial emissions.

Our manufacturing capabilities include cylindrical columns, large rectangular process towers, modular tower sections, internal supports, access structures, platforms, structural frames and associated stainless steel process components. For large-scale installations, WTS can combine stainless steel process surfaces exposed to aggressive media with carbon steel external reinforcement, providing corrosion resistance where required while maintaining structural efficiency.

Tower configuration, dimensions, materials and interfaces are developed to suit the process technology, site constraints and EPC requirements. The fabrication approach is suitable for large equipment that must be transported, erected and integrated within complex CCUS facilities.
