CO₂ Probe GMP343 for demanding measurements
The GMP343 is built around the Vaisala CARBOCAP® sensor, a silicon-based non-dispersive infrared (NDIR) sensor that performs single-beam, dual-wavelength CO₂ measurement with no moving parts. It can output both numerically filtered and raw measurement data, and can compensate readings using an internal temperature measurement together with user-set relative humidity, pressure, and oxygen values. Each unit is factory-calibrated with ±0.5% accurate gases across multiple CO₂ concentration and temperature points, and users can recalibrate it with the multipoint calibration (MPC) feature supporting up to 8 user-defined calibration points.
Main features
The probe uses the CARBOCAP® NDIR sensor with compensation options for temperature, pressure, humidity, and oxygen, and is designed for outdoor use. It is available in open-path diffusion-aspirated and flow-through models, with measurement range options from 0–1000 ppm up to 0–2%. Combined with an MI70 indicator, it can serve as a display, communication, and data-logging tool for accurate in-situ measurement.
Main benefits
The GMP343 offers excellent accuracy and stability with low power consumption and heat emission, in a compact and lightweight design that suits both fieldwork and OEM integration.
