Cozzani compressor valves are specifically optimized according to the compressor requirements and to all the operating conditions complying with international standards such as API618 and NACE, whenever required. Each valve solution is characterized by different features, that give special advantages in efficiency or endurance, depending on the application. Special solutions like SNC valve has been patented by the company in order to achieve an extended valve lifetime as well as the SRPLUS valve type is the highest efficiency valve available at the state of the art. Our technical department designs cylinder valves and unloading systems focusing on performance and reliability. The valve design is supported by commercial software for CFD fluid dynamic, FEM structural and thermal analysis, and in-house developed tools, as the valve dynamic simulator. We supply valves to the main compressor manufacturers in the world and their appreciation validates the high quality of our products and services.

Cozzani Non-return valves are characterized by minimal pressure drop. The check valves are suitable for pulsating conditions which are typical for reciprocating compressors. The check valves safeguard the reciprocating compressors from reverse gas flow, in any industrial application. The proper material selection for bodies (AISI 410, AISI 304, AISI 316), gaskets (Viton®, Kalrez® ) and special sealing elements (PEEK™) allow the use of these valves with every mix of gas. The dimensions are in conformity with AISI, ISO, DIN, UNI standards and the installation can be either vertical or horizontal.

Cozzani pneumatic actuators are designed and produced to exclude the flow of the respective cylinder effect, keeping the suction valve opened. Several solutions are available for piston or diaphragm actuators, plug unloaders and port unloaders. They can be designed with diff erent devices in order to assure the gas sealing and according to ATEX 2014/34/EU rule.
