Fluorten designs and manufactures custom polymer solutions for hydrogen and energy applications, supporting customers from material selection to finished components. Products are manufactured using proprietary F10PTFE and F10HPP high-performance polymer grades, including natural and filled PTFE, modified PTFE, PEEK (natural and filled VICTREX CT™100 and VICTREX CT™200), PCTFE, DuPont™ Vespel® and other advanced engineering plastics.

Thanks to fully integrated in-house manufacturing, such as material processing, molding, injection molding, CNC machining and finishing, Fluorten delivers precision components tailored to each application. Products manufactured for the energy sector are tested to API 6A, NORSOK M-710 and EN ISO 23936-1 (NFE QATARGAS – MCDERMOTT) specifications.

Typical applications include a patented Cryo Seal, valve components, seats, seals, bearings, bushings and other custom-engineered parts designed for demanding industrial environments where reliability, chemical resistance and long-term performance are essential.
