Electrolyser cell designs place specific demands on geometry, materials and sealing performance. IDT develops and manufactures custom-engineered sealing solutions tailored to individual cell designs and operating conditions.

For alkaline electrolysis, IDT offers sealing solutions based on high-performance PTFE materials such as UNIFLUOR®. For modern PEM systems, customized solutions are available in PTFE, modified PTFE, PFA and FKM, providing excellent chemical resistance and a broad operating temperature range.

Our in-house engineering and development expertise supports customers from material selection and gasket design through to application-specific evaluation. This enables sealing solutions to be precisely matched to the requirements of individual electrolyser systems.
