DILICO cell voltage 36/72
DILICO cell voltage 36/72 is designed for applications that require dependable cell monitoring at a competitive cost per measured cell. The system monitors 36 or 72 individual cell voltages and is particularly suitable for series manufactured fuel cell, electrolyzer and battery systems.
Its ability to measure both positive and negative cell voltages makes the system valuable for detecting reversal and other critical operating conditions. Adjustable overvoltage and undervoltage limits support the early identification of defective or underperforming cells. When a defined limit is reached, an integrated floating contact can trigger a response through the customer’s control or safety system.
A measurement interval of up to 25 ms enables the system to capture dynamic changes within the stack. Multiple modules can be linked via CAN, allowing cell voltage monitoring to be scaled to stacks containing more than 72 cells.
DILICO cell voltage 36/72 helps manufacturers reduce diagnostic effort, prevent consequential damage and improve quality assurance during production and operation. It is suitable for fuel cells, electrolyzers, batteries and redox flow batteries with cell voltages of up to 4.5 V.
