DILICO cell voltage 48/96
DILICO cell voltage 48/96 measures the voltage of 48 or 96 individual cells with an accuracy of 0.1 mV and a measurement interval of up to 24 ms. Designed for research, development and demanding test environments, the system provides the data quality required to analyze dynamic cell behavior, aging effects and performance differences within a stack.
Adjustable limits for overvoltage and undervoltage allow critical cells to be identified immediately. An integrated floating relay contact can connect the measurement system to the customer’s safety chain, enabling a controlled response before an abnormal cell condition causes damage or system failure.
Multiple modules can be connected via CAN to monitor stacks with more than 96 cells. Measurement data can be transmitted through CAN or RS232 and visualized and stored using optional DILICO software.
With its low input current, broad measurement range of up to 4.5 V per cell and flexible system integration, DILICO cell voltage 48/96 is suitable for fuel cell, electrolysis and battery research, test benches, field testing and continuous monitoring applications.
