DILICO cell voltage pickup
DILICO Cell Voltage Pickup is a modular contact and measurement solution for continuous cell voltage monitoring in fuel cell and electrolyzer stacks. It combines the contact interface with compact measurement electronics positioned directly at the stack. This eliminates complex cabling between the cells and the measurement system and can reduce installation time by up to 90 percent.
The cable free architecture minimizes potential connection errors, ensures clear assignment of each measured cell and reduces insulation requirements. Both the module layout and contact interface can be adapted to the stack geometry, available installation space and manufacturing process. This makes the solution particularly suitable for automated assembly and serial production.
Versions with 12 or 36 channels are available, with measurement intervals starting at 24 ms. CAN, RS232 and PROFINET interfaces support integration into test benches, control systems and industrial automation environments.
Optional real time analysis helps identify voltage deviations and recurring fault patterns before they affect stack performance. An optional bleed down function provides controlled discharge after shutdown, reducing harmful open circuit voltages and protecting catalysts, electrodes and other critical stack components.
