DILICO CURR TEMP for baltic qCf
DILICO CURR TEMP for baltic qCf transforms the baltic quickCONNECT fixture into a powerful platform for detailed electrochemical and thermal analysis. A segmented sensor layer measures current density and temperature across the active area of the membrane electrode assembly, producing a two dimensional view of processes inside the cell.
Researchers and developers can identify local gas undersupply, thermal hotspots, flooding, drying and membrane aging. The measurement data also supports the evaluation of bipolar plate flow fields, membrane electrode assemblies, sealing concepts, contact pressure and operating strategies.
The system is available in three variants for different current density and temperature requirements. Depending on the configuration, measurements of up to 7.5 A/cm² and temperatures of up to 200 °C are possible. Integrated cell voltage measurement and connections for up to five additional temperature sensors provide further operating data.
The sensor layer is installed without direct contact with process gases or liquids. Combined with the data acquisition system and visualization software, DILICO CURR TEMP supports material comparison, component development, lifecycle testing, model validation and advanced analysis of fuel cells, electrolyzers and redox flow batteries.
