Enapter AEM Stacks
AEM technology at the core. Built to scale.
Enapter’s AEM stack technology has evolved step by step, building on proven field performance while moving into larger scale classes.
Stack 2.4 established the foundation. Thousands of stacks have been deployed in the field, with individual customer units exceeding 10,000 operating hours and millions of operating hours accumulated across the installed base. This experience provided the basis for scaling AEM technology to the next generation.
Stack 25 takes the next step. Commercial production has started, the first stacks have been delivered, and performance remains consistent with previous generations. Efficiency and polarization behavior have been maintained while moving to a significantly larger platform.
Stack 250 represents the next scale class of AEM electrolysis. With around 100 kg of hydrogen production per day, it extends the technology toward large-scale AEM installations and hybrid hydrogen plants.
From Stack 2.4 to Stack 25 and Stack 250, the principle remains the same: proven performance as AEM technology scales.
