- Onboarding - During this phase, we learn about your industrial facility and gather all the information required to create a design. This step includes emissions profile, site evaluation, technical & technology assessment, economic analysis, and regulatory compliance.
- Design & Engineering - After creating the design, our designers, engineers, and EPC partners will optimize, test, and refine the design. This step includes custom system design, engineering optimization & simulation, and safety & risk planning.
- Procurement & Construction - Next, we'll take the finalized design, manufacture the equipment, and install the system at the industrial facility. This step includes equipment manufacturing, delivery, installation, and compliance verification.
- Activation & Maintenance - Our experts will then begin testing and commissioning the system on-site. Ongoing support and servicing will also be provided based on your subscription plan. This step includes system testing, commissioning, ongoing monitoring, and scheduled servicing.
- Utilization & Storage - Finally, we develop vertically integrated utilization strategies to maximize the potential of the captured CO₂. We also work with our partners to create customized storage solutions and carbon credits planning.
