Scalable and modular test systems for the research, development, integration, quality control and validation of fuel cell and electrolysis technologies. Our test benches enable precise and reproducible testing – from individual cells and short stacks to complete full-size stacks – under controlled and realistic operating conditions.
The systems provide precise control and monitoring of key parameters such as flow rates, pressure, temperature, humidity, current and voltage. Advanced measurement capabilities, including electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), enable detailed characterization of electrochemical behavior, performance and degradation mechanisms. Automated test sequences, real-time data acquisition and comprehensive data analysis support efficient performance evaluation, durability testing and validation.
Flexible system architectures allow individual adaptation to different applications and seamless integration into laboratory, research and industrial environments. The modular FLUDATA software platform enables automated test procedures as well as the visualization, storage and analysis of measurement data.
