GD4200HUSB Digital Hydrogen Pressure Transmitter
The GD4200HUSB digital hydrogen pressure transmitter has been developed for engineers requiring accurate, reliable, and easily accessible pressure measurement in hydrogen environments. Combining advanced sensor technology with direct USB connectivity, it provides a complete pressure monitoring solution for laboratory testing, process measurement, and advanced data acquisition applications.
The transmitter features ESI’s unique Silicon-on-Sapphire (SOS) sensor technology, offering excellent long-term stability, high accuracy, and outstanding performance across a wide temperature range. The sensor is housed within specialist titanium alloy materials selected for hydrogen compatibility, helping to protect against the challenges associated with hydrogen measurement, including material degradation and hydrogen embrittlement.
Designed for simple connection and operation, the GD4200HUSB connects directly to a computer using the ESI-USB© software interface. The software automatically detects and configures the transmitter, allowing users to display, record, and analyse pressure data in real time. Up to 16 pressure inputs can be monitored simultaneously, with data displayed in graphical or tabular formats and exported for reporting or certification purposes.
Available with pressure ranges from vacuum up to 5,000 bar, the GD4200HUSB is suitable for applications including hydrogen testing, leak testing, research and development, laboratory measurement, and continuous pressure monitoring.
Manufactured using specialist titanium alloy and tested for hydrogen compatibility in accordance with ISO 11114-4:2017, the GD4200HUSB provides engineers with a dependable digital pressure measurement solution for the evolving hydrogen economy.
