H2iVE SKID Module

The H2iVE SKID module packages a complete 1.25 MW AEM electrolysis system into a standardized 20-foot platform– H2i-POWERPACKs, balance of plant, power electronics and controls in one pre-commissioned, factory-tested unit. Multiple SKIDs scale in parallel to plant level without redesign.

Built around the industrialized H2i-POWERPACK the module produces 520 kg of hydrogen per day, or 240 Nm³/h. Hydrogen is delivered at 30 bar(g) directly from the SKID, with optional purification and optional heat recovery.

Designed for renewable operation, the module follows a fluctuating power supply across a 4–100 % operating window with load gradients of up to 5 %/. A dedicated stack interface provides real-time monitoring, allowing the supervisory control system to optimize load distribution across all connected modules.

The H2iVE SKID combines third-wave AEM electrolysis with European supply chain security – engineered and manufactured “Made in Austria”.

The H2iVE SKID is based on several years of operational experience and brings latest AEM electrolysis technology to industrial scale – engineered and manufactured in Austria to European quality and safety standards.
