Spiral Heat Exchangers (GREENSPIRAL™)
Ultra-compact heat exchangers featuring single-channel self-cleaning technology, specifically engineered for high-fouling, slurry, and viscous fluids. They provide up to 3 times greater thermal efficiency than conventional shell & tube designs while significantly reducing maintenance requirements.
Welded Plate Heat Exchangers (GREENBOX™)
Fully welded block-type plate heat exchangers with no gaskets between plates, combining the high thermal performance of plates with the robustness of shell & tube exchangers. Ideal for high-pressure (up to 50 bar) and high-temperature (up to 450 °C) process conditions.
Plate & Shell Heat Exchangers (GREEN P&S)
A hybrid solution combining the mechanical strength of a cylindrical shell with the high efficiency of welded circular plates. Designed for extreme operating conditions ranging from -196 °C to 500 °C and pressures up to 150 bar, perfect for condensation, evaporation, and heat recovery applications.
Tubular Heat Exchangers (GREENTUBE™ & GREENTUBE RT)
A versatile range including double tube, patented rectangular tube, and coil exchangers. Robust and modular, they are particularly suited for sludge handling, bitumen, pasteurization, and heavy process engineering.
Gasketed Plate Heat Exchangers (Thermoline™)
Versatile and cost-effective plate exchangers with elastomer gaskets, designed for easy maintenance, cleaning, and expansion. Ideal for standard utility, HVAC, and industrial heating or cooling applications across various process industries.
Printed Circuit Heat Exchangers (PCHE)
Microchannel heat exchangers produced via diffusion bonding technology, offering extreme compactness and high thermal effectiveness. Designed to withstand severe pressure levels and cryogenic to high-temperature operating conditions.
Pressure Vessels & Columns
Design and fabrication of heavy-duty pressure vessels (storage tanks, knock-out drums, separation and distillation columns) manufactured from a wide range of materials, including carbon steel, stainless steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, nickel alloys, and titanium.
