The HFSV600 high-pressure spindle valve is engineered specifically for demanding hydrogen applications up to 600 bar and temperatures from −40 °C to +85 °C. Building on the proven sealing technology of our HFKH series, it features two independent sealing levels for enhanced safety and reliable performance under dynamic operating conditions.

The spindle mechanism enables controlled, slow opening, effectively minimizing pressure surges and ensuring stable operation in sensitive hydrogen systems. An adjustable, double-layer stem sealing system with high-performance seals ensures reliable, leak-tight operation even under extreme conditions. The HFSV600 is available with flange connections or directly machined integral connections, providing flexibility for different system designs.

Hydrogen-tested and certified, the HFSV600 features ATEX approval, TPED certification according to ISO 10297, and a Low Emission (ISO 15848-1) design, combining proven sealing technology, controlled operation and high safety standards for high-pressure hydrogen applications.
