Every unit is engineered for one duty. KAMAT designs and manufactures the pump itself and builds the unit around it, so the interfaces between pump, drive and control stay in one house instead of being negotiated between suppliers.

What the units deliver

1. Installed powers up to 3,000 kW per unit, pressures up to 4,000 bar, flow rates up to 10,000 l/min
2. Formats to suit the site: base frame, skid, trailer or container, electric with frequency converter, with diesel drive for sites without grid power
3. One frequency converter per system, flow adjustable between 10 and 100 percent of nominal output without switching steps and without pressure surges
4. Touchscreen control with programmable profiles, remote control, data transmission and unmanned operation
5. Materials matched to the medium: one-piece pump heads from forged stainless or duplex steel, supplied without coating, solid ceramic plungers where the fluid calls for them
6. Sealing matched to the duty: multiple sealing systems with leakage return and sensor monitoring, TA-Luft compliant sealing and ATEX Zone 1 versions available

Service

Maintenance follows the same principle as the pumps: service without crane or special tools, sealing changes without dismantling the pump head, and a high share of common parts across the range that keeps spare part stock small.
