High-Temperature Composite Bipolar Plate
Harog High-Temperature Composite Bipolar Plate, specifically engineered for phosphoric acid fuel cells (PAFC) and HT-PEMFC systems operating at temperatures up to 200°C. Featuring standard specifications of bulk density ≥ 2.0 g/cm³, compressive strength ≥ 130 MPa, and Shore hardness > 70 HSD, the plate leverages special phenolic impregnation and an oxidation-resistant coating to achieve a proven lifetime exceeding 30,000 hours in 85% H3PO4. Now in stable volume production in a large-area format (314 × 81 mm), this product is fully qualified by the State Power Investment Corporation (SPIC) for 1 MW stationary power and CHP systems
