The HydraSafe OBSERVER is the central control unit of the HydraSafe Cell Voltage Monitoring system. It handles up to 48 CORE modules (768 cells), logs all cell voltages and performs statistical calculations and user-configurable analyses, for example detecting deviating or degrading cells early. Measured data goes to the plant control system via common industrial protocols (ProfiNET, Modbus TCP, OPC UA). The modules connect via wired HydraLink or, using the GATE module, via fiber optics.
