HyGGe™ 100A
The HyGGe™ 100A is Exion Hydrogen’s containerized alkaline electrolyzer for industrial users requiring dependable hydrogen production directly at the point of use.
The system produces up to 100 Nm³/h of hydrogen pressurized at 30 barg and is built around two proprietary alkaline cell stacks. This dual-stack configuration provides additional operational flexibility, including the possibility to operate on a single stack when required.
The HyGGe™ 100A is engineered as a complete hydrogen production system, not simply as a stack placed inside a container. Its design integrates gas separation, purification, cooling, power conversion, controls and balance-of-system components into one industrial package.
Key design priorities include hydrogen quality, stable pressure, thermal control, durability and maintainability. Metallic parts in the electrolyzer section are based on pure nickel rather than plated alternatives, while the system architecture is designed for reliable operation under demanding industrial conditions.
The unit delivers hydrogen up to 4.8 purity grade and is suitable for applications such as hydrogenation, glass manufacturing, metallurgy and heat treatment, chemicals, mobility and other industrial processes requiring continuous or flexible on-site hydrogen supply.
