Integrated CO₂-to-eMethane and RFNBO Production Plants
Q Power develops and delivers integrated plants for converting captured CO₂ and renewable hydrogen into renewable synthetic methane.
At the centre of the solution is Q Power’s proprietary solid-state biological methanation technology. It can utilize CO₂ from biogas upgrading, industrial processes, fermentation, flue-gas capture, direct air capture and other suitable carbon-containing streams.
Depending on the project, Q Power’s delivery can include:
- CO₂ recovery, purification, drying and compression
- Hydrogen production and electrolyser integration
- Biological methanation
- Product-gas polishing to the required methane quality
- Methane compression or liquefaction
- Heat and oxygen integration

The modular platform supports projects from pilot and demonstration scale to industrial RFNBO eMethane production. Standardized system architecture is combined with project-specific integration to make effective use of existing equipment and infrastructure.
