Bronkhorst presents the FLEXI-FLOW Compact series, a versatile range of multifunctional mass flow meters and controllers designed for precise and flexible gas flow measurement and control. Combining multiple measurement and control functions in a single compact instrument, FLEXI-FLOW offers users maximum adaptability across a wide variety of applications.

At the core of the FLEXI-FLOW series is a unique through-chip sensor combined with proven by-pass technology, ensuring accurate and stable performance. The advanced sensor technology provides fast response times and reliable control, with settling times of less than 150 ms. Integrated temperature and pressure sensors, together with an onboard gas database, enable high accuracy under varying process conditions.

A key benefit of FLEXI-FLOW is its multifunctional capability. Users can easily switch between flow measurement, flow control, and pressure measurement or control (upstream or downstream), offering flexibility without the need for multiple instruments. FLEXI-FLOW instruments can also be combined to build a compact system – ready to use. Multi-channel systems up to 8 channels can be easily created with the help of configuration software. The use of distribution chambers at the inlet or mixing chambers at the outlet ensures a compact and small build of the system. Communication from the multi-channel system to the PLC can be established with additional gateways. Since the system is completely assembled and tested at Bronkhorst, the effort required for commissioning is kept to a minimum.
