The MCM Intelli-X product family is a highly flexible and scalable modular I/O platform for testing fuel cells, electrolyzers, batteries, and other high-voltage electrochemical systems. Designed for laboratory environments, test benches, and mobile testing applications, Intelli-X combines precise measurement, realistic cell voltage simulation, and seamless system integration in a compact and robust architecture.

Galvanically isolated signal channels ensure reliable operation even at system voltages above 1,000 V DC, while synchronized data acquisition enables accurate time-correlated measurements and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HiL) testing. Measurement and simulation modules can be freely combined and scaled from a few channels to several hundred, providing maximum flexibility for evolving test requirements.

With support for CAN, USB, Ethernet, and EtherCAT, as well as an open Python-based software interface, MCM Intelli-X integrates easily into existing test environments. The product family includes modules for cell voltage measurement, sensor acquisition, impedance measurement, cell voltage simulation, shunt simulation, and power signal generation, making it an ideal platform for fuel cell and electrolyzer development, validation, and production testing.
