Microporous Diffusion Layer
Utilizing specialized technology, the fiber diameter can be as fine as 16μm, facilitating a more uniform diffusion layer structure and better maintaining the uniformity of electrolytic reactions within the electrolyzer. Compared to conventional titanium felt, the microporous layer significantly reduces surface roughness, effectively preventing damage to micron-scale proton membranes during compression, with a maximum reduction in contact resistance of approximately 60%. Starting from raw material smelting, the diffusion layer quality is controlled throughout the entire preparation process, ensuring more stable product quality.
