Mobile Hydrogen Analysis Laboratory

Our mobile laboratory makes laboratory-grade gas quality measurement available where it is actually needed: at production sites, during loading and unloading of tanker trucks, and during plant commissioning. If measured values deviate from specification, the cause can be identified on the spot rather than after days of sample shipping and laboratory turnaround.

The core of the system is an innovative sampling solution that allows online measurement in almost any application at pressures up to 1,000 bar. Samples are drawn directly at the tank coupling — no attendance by a customer or manufacturer service technician is required.

As a testing laboratory accredited to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025:2018, we work to the highest quality standards and to recognised international norms, complemented by our own developed and validated in-house methods.

The measurement technology installed in the vehicle has additionally been successfully validated against the limit values of SAE J2719, ISO 14687 and DIN EN 17124, in cooperation with a German specialty gas producer.
