MVR-based Water Purification Systems
Water Purification for Electrolysis
Distilled, demineralized water for the most demanding processes - condensate below 15 µS/cm, and down to 0.1 µS/cm (≈ 0.05 ppm TDS) in a dedicated configuration. Because separation happens by phase change, even difficult sources such as seawater or brackish water can serve as feed - in many cases with little or no process chemistry.
- Feed water for hydrogen electrolysis (PEM and other technologies)
- Pre-treatment for pharmaceutical and semiconductor water systems
- High-purity process water from seawater or brackish sources
Water recycling & reuse
Concentrating RO reject, cooling water blowdown and other difficult streams — recovering up to 90 % of the feed as clean, reusable distillate and reducing the volume for disposal several-fold.
- Cooling water treatment and reuse for data centers →
- RO reject concentration below full ZLD scale
- Industrial wastewater volume reduction
