NOXO TB02 is a platinum-based heterogeneous catalyst supported on activated alumina beads, with a monomodal particle size distribution and diameter of 4 mm, ensuring a strictly controlled size range. It is designed for removing hydrogen from oxygen through the catalytic H2–O2 recombination reaction, which is essential for improving oxygen purity and safety in the production of green hydrogen and oxygen via water electrolysis. NOXO TB02 is recommended for purifying oxygen streams from hydrogen contamination at ppm levels, ensuring that the H2 concentration in the O2 outlet stream and storage tanks remains significantly below the lower explosion limit (LEL) of 4% v/v.
