PTFE semi-finished products form the technical basis for durable and high-performance components. Beichler & Grünenwald manufactures PTFE extrudates in the form of tubes, solid rods and profiles made from virgin PTFE, modified PTFE (TFM®) and specialised PTFE compounds.

In addition to standard market dimensions, we economically produce customised special formats with optimised material usage. A particular strength is the extrusion of slender PTFE profiles in lengths of up to 20 metres. This enables design solutions that cannot be realised with conventional semi-finished products.

Beichler & Grünenwald uses high-performance marking lasers to deliver your products protected against counterfeiting, fully traceable and individually marked.

Laser beams enable highly precise, high-contrast marking in very small areas without material removal or surface alteration that could impair functionality.

Even complex geometries or hard-to-access areas can be marked with precision.

Compared to conventional printing or engraving processes, laser branding is more economical, more durable and more environmentally friendly.
