SAMBA Pro PV - industrial FPP solution for dome reinforcements

SAMBA Pro PV is configurated for reinforcing domes of composite tanks based on the automated lay-up technology Fiber Patch Placement (FPP). In the first step, the liner is reinforced with fiber patches which are placed precisely, fully automatically and quality-controlled on the dome area, then the liner is fed into the filament winding process. The winding process omits the high-angle helical layers, so using less material and a faster winding process increases the overall line capacity to improve ROI and production economics. SAMBA Pro PV can be combined with all established wet or towpreg winding processes and comes with software to design dome reinforcements and create robot data for the equipment fully automated.
