AGC Plasma’s sheet-to-sheet magnetron sputtering systems enable uniform, high-performance coatings on large-area metallic and conductive substrates used in hydrogen technologies.

The systems are designed for the deposition of metals, alloys, oxides and nitrides for applications including bipolar plates, porous transport layers (PTLs), current collectors and other electrolyser and fuel-cell components.
