Bringing a metallic bipolar plate into production means controlling flow-field geometry, electrical contact and fluid separation together. SydroPLATE full-service contract manufacturing connects these requirements in a programme spanning metal foil, precision forming, cleaning, laser welding, leak testing, coating, sealing and final inspection.

Current foil capability includes SUS304, SUS316L and titanium in the 0.075–0.10 mm range, subject to design and tooling review. Proprietary SydroCOAT™ FCVA coatings provide precious-metal-free conductive corrosion protection. Liquid silicone rubber overmolding or preformed gasket bonding integrates seals with the coated plate to reduce separate gasket handling during stack assembly.

Automated optical inspection, defined leakage checks and manufacturing lot records support component release and supplier-quality review.
