Larger UAVs and mobile platforms need additional electrical power without allowing the generation system to dominate the mass budget. The SydroPOWER Air™ KZ6000F extends Sydrogen’s drone-optimised fuel cell range to 6 kW for higher-demand airborne and mobile applications.

The unit is specified at 12 kg, measures 460 × 265 × 200 mm and has a specified mass power density of 500 W/kg. A custom 24 V interface is available for application review. These parameters give OEMs a practical basis for comparing electrical output, installation space and module mass.

For surveying, inspection and other civil equipment programmes, this provides a higher-output option within the lightweight Air range. The complete platform still requires coordinated design of hydrogen storage, battery support, power conversion, cooling and controls. Flight duration or payload improvement must be evaluated at aircraft level rather than inferred from module power density.
