The M-Cell Full Cell is a compact, 1 cm² multipurpose electrochemical cell - we call it the "Swiss Army knife" of the lab. Its small active area - working with small volumes of electrolytes - is ideal for testing expensive catalysts, novel membranes, or limited-quantity materials, keeping material consumption low while you screen and iterate.

Built from two PEEK flow bodies with individually selectable anode and cathode current collectors (standard options in graphite, nickel, titanium, or 316L stainless steel), the M-Cell supports 11 distinct configurations across closed cell, open cell, three-compartment, and half-cell operating modes. That flexibility covers water electrolysis (PEM, AEM, alkaline, and membraneless), CO2 reduction studies, electrodialysis research, catalyst screening, corrosion studies, and classical cyclic voltammetry.

An advanced reference electrode system with measurement point precision better than 0.2 mm, plus a 4-wire electrical connection for accurate current and voltage readings, makes the M-Cell suited to rigorous fundamental research. PEEK, PTFE, EPDM, and VITON components allow operation in aggressive electrolytes at temperatures up to 90°C.

For labs looking to validate new catalysts or membrane chemistries before scaling up, the M-Cell offers a flexible, low-material-consumption starting point.
