TONEXUS TXIO Wet CO₂ Capture Process is designed for low-partial-pressure industrial flue gas. Through functional zoning in pretreatment, regeneration-gas washing, two-stage spraying, and latent-heat recovery at the regenerator top, the process improves water balance and heat recovery. It can reduce pretreatment wastewater discharge by about 30–90% and alkali consumption by about 30–60%. When combined with dedicated solvents, steam consumption can be reduced by about 35–40%. The process has been applied in steel and building-material carbon capture projects.
