The Vaisala Polaris™ PR53GP is a general-purpose probe process refractometer that measures liquid concentration in real time, directly in the process. It works by measuring the refractive index (RI), which can be read from practically any liquid, and is unaffected by bubbles, particles, or fibers in the process.

More than 500 built-in concentration curves, including sulfuric acid and sodium hydroxide. Indigo520-compatible with built-in 4–20 mA, HART, and Modbus RTU outputs for stand-alone use, plus durable alloy materials and clamp or flange connections for demanding environments.
