Automated synthesis and dry deposition of nanomaterials with VSP-P1 Nanoprinter

VSParticle Hall: B5 Stand: SZ02

In this animation, we show how VSPARTICLE’s spark ablation technology generates nanoparticles directly from bulk materials and deposits them as high-surface-area nanoporous thin films, without the need for solvents, binders or lengthy wet-chemistry processing.

The VSP-P1 gives researchers a flexible platform to rapidly explore different materials, compositions and deposition parameters, helping accelerate material discovery and optimization.

The technology can be used across a wide range of research areas, including:

• Electrocatalysis and catalyst development

• Hydrogen (PEM) and electrochemical applications

• Gas sensing

• CO₂ conversion and capture research

• Nanoporous functional materials

• Advanced materials discovery
