CS Tech: CO₂ Capture, Liquefaction and Circular Utilization in Low-Carbon Concrete
CS Tech presents an end-to-end carbon capture and utilization solution, from point-source CO₂ capture, purification and liquefaction to mineralization in lower-carbon construction materials.
In this circular process, waste wooden pallets are converted into wood chips and used to produce biochar through pyrolysis. CO₂-containing flue gas generated during production is captured and purified, then processed through CS Tech’s liquefaction system to produce liquid CO₂ for industrial applications.
The liquid CO₂ is injected into concrete mixes or used during curing, where it is mineralized and permanently embedded in carbonated concrete blocks. Biochar is also incorporated as a carbon-sink material, supporting both material performance and sustainability.
By integrating waste-to-biochar processing, CO₂ capture, purification, liquefaction and mineralization in concrete, CS Tech provides customized circular carbon solutions that transform waste and CO₂ emissions into low-carbon, value-added construction products.
