Discover how DILICO Cell Voltage Pickup simplifies the continuous monitoring of individual cells in fuel cell and electrolyzer stacks. The modular system combines cell contacting and measurement electronics directly at the stack, eliminating complex wiring between the cells and the voltage measurement system.

This approach can reduce installation time by up to 90 percent, minimize potential connection errors and improve reliability through clear cell assignment. With measurement intervals starting at 24 milliseconds and communication via CAN, RS232 or PROFINET, the solution integrates easily into test benches, control systems and industrial automation environments.

The module layout and contact interface can be adapted to the stack geometry, available installation space and manufacturing process. Optional real time data analysis enables early detection of voltage deviations and recurring fault patterns. An optional bleed down function supports the controlled discharge of individual cells after shutdown, helping to protect catalysts, electrodes and other critical stack components.
