With an output of 2 MW, it is still among the largest plants in Switzerland for the production of green hydrogen for commercial use in emission-free heavy transport. The facility in Niedergösgen can produce up to 300 tons of green hydrogen per year, ensuring the annual consumption of around 40–50 fuel cell electric trucks or 1,700 fuel cell electric cars. Three swap containers can be filled with 350 kg of green hydrogen per day.
