As an independent Owner’s Engineer, we provide multidisciplinary engineering and consulting services across the complete CCUS value chain. For carbon capture projects, our services include technology comparison, process simulation and the integration of capture systems into existing or planned facilities.

We develop engineering solutions for CO₂ transport and storage infrastructure, with particular expertise in pipelines, CO₂ hubs and export terminals. For CO₂ utilization, we support the integration of captured CO₂ into Power-to-X processes, including methanol synthesis.

Beyond CCUS, Fichtner supports the development of green chemicals and e-fuels such as e-methanol, green ammonia and sustainable aviation fuels. From early concept development through engineering and project implementation, we provide independent technical support tailored to each project and client.
