Oxygen places particularly high demands on the cleanliness of equipment and components. Contamination by oils, greases, solvents or other foreign particles can create significant safety risks in oxygen-carrying systems.

IDT therefore follows a defined O₂ Clean process. We use graphite materials from batches tested for oxygen service and inspect components for contamination under strictly controlled conditions in our cleanroom facility. The controlled process extends from material selection and manufacturing through cleaning and inspection to packaging and documentation.

This approach minimizes contamination, reduces the risk of unexpected fires and ensures full product traceability – providing the level of cleanliness and process reliability required for demanding oxygen applications.
