AGC Plasma Technology Solutions, part of the AGC Group, provides advanced vacuum coating equipment and process solutions for industrial applications. Building on over 40 years of experience in PVD and PECVD technologies, we support the green hydrogen industry with innovative coating solutions designed to improve the durability, performance and cost-effectiveness of electrolyser components.
Our magnetron sputtering technologies target applications such as porous transport layers (PTLs) and bipolar plates, enabling the deposition of functional protective coatings while optimising the use of precious metals. Our capabilities cover both sheet-to-sheet and roll-to-roll processing concepts, with solutions tailored to research, pilot-scale development and high-volume industrial production.
Through our demonstration facilities in Lauenförde, Germany, we offer coating trials, process development and feasibility studies to help customers validate new materials and coating concepts.
