batch2 engineering GmbH is a technical consulting firm and testing service provider. The company is built on the 30 years of expertise of its two founders, Martin Sekura and Johannes Roessner.
batch2 engineering offers its clients support in the development of hydrogen components and batteries, with a focus on validation and testing as well as compliance with regulations. With our team of highly qualified engineers, our goal is to help clients from the hydrogen and battery industries to become safer, faster and cheaper.
Our services include professional risk assessment, product certification, evaluation and review of materials selection criteria, ensuring CE conformity, safety concepts, test lab consulting, and explosion protection concepts. We create your design verification plans and develop your certification and CE marking strategies to ensure your products meet industry regulations and standards.
Moreover, we perform on-site factory acceptance testing (FAT) in China for energy systems and products (hydrogen systems, batteries and inverters). The FAT can be performed according to our standard procedures regarding technical specification, regulatory conformity, functionality, completeness, and quality, or according to your individual requirements.
batch2 engineering provides specific technical trainings on hydrogen and battery functionality, safety risks, validation and handling, EU market access, test laboratory planning and operation, among other trainings. Our extensive knowledge is aimed from an introductory level up to an advanced one.
